At Zanabel Creations, your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, please reach out within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

• Custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

• Our products are designed for children, so some wear is expected. However, we cannot accept returns for items that are damaged due to regular use, misuse, or improper handling.

• We reserve the right to decline any return if we believe the damage is not due to a manufacturing issue.

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect. This also applies to exchanges, if you wish to exchange an item for a different item, the shipping costs for returning the original item and sending the replacement will be at the customer's expense.

Exchange Options

• Exchange for another item of equal value: If you prefer, you can exchange your item for another of equal value.

• Store Credit: If you'd rather choose something else, we offer store credit valid for 2 years from the date of issue.

• Travel Pack Exchanges: Travel packs can only be exchanged for another travel pack from our collection. Items within the travel packs are not exchanged individually. If your preferred travel pack is unavailable at the time of your exchange request, we’ll gladly assist you in selecting an alternative that suits your needs.

Exchanges for Faulty Items

If you’ve received an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at returns@zanabelcreations.com.au including:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Photos showing the fault or error

• Exchanges are only accepted for items that are faulty due to a manufacturing defect.

How to Return an Item

• Email Us
  Contact us at returns@zanabelcreations.com.au with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. If the item is faulty, please include photos.

• Wait for Instructions
  We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

• Send It Back
  Return the item in original condition using a trackable shipping method. Return and exchange shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• Receive Your Refund or Exchange
  Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
